With a calming presence and a deep understanding of modern life’s demands on mid-life women, I offer a pathway to rejuvenation and clarity.

I’ve dedicated my career to helping women navigate life’s challenges, recover from burnout, and commit to their healthiest years through movement and mindfulness.

With more than 30 years of experience and certifications in massage therapy, yoga, meditation, and multiple other modalities, I offer a deep well of knowledge and a calming presence to support you on your wellness journey.
