Yoga to calm and connect mind and body. Our vin yin classes combine the structure and movement of a vinyasa class with the slow release of yin yoga. Get the best of both worlds in one hour class at a time. Follow this set of classes at your own pace. You will have access to all 6 classes for 6 weeks and can do each practice as many times as you like! 1 class per week or repeat them daily, whatever feels best for your body.
