Service Description

A vacation for the body and spirit. Enjoy the unique escape of Costa Rica and indulge yourself in a week of nourishing food, intentional movement, and soothing mindfulness. Additional excursions available. A week your body and mind will thank you for. Each participant is responsible for their own airfare and cost of the shuttle to the retreat. The cost of sessions with Heather, accommodations and food are covered in the retreat price. All other expenses are the participants duty. Additional activities such as massage, acupuncture, excursions, etc. are available through the wellness center at the cost of the the participant.
